FAMILY LAW

The firm’s Family Department is headed by Naseem Kadri who is assisted by two full-time Solicitors and three trainee solicitors. Naseem Kadri qualified in 2003 and is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Naseem is a partner in the firm, has practiced Employment Law, Immigration, Housing, and is also a qualified Criminal Duty Solicitor.

 

With the help of her team, Naseem provides outstanding client care and professionalism to her client base. The team deals with matrimonial cases/ancillary relief, private children matters and injunctions. Some of the cases are conducted under Legal Aid and some are privately funded where applicable.
