COVID 19 Announcement
Our offices are now closed to the public following the government advice on COVID 19.
We continue to work remotely with both existing clients and new clients by electronic means.

Please note, we still are able to provide emergency out of hours criminal legal help. Should you require our assistance call our switchboard out of hours and follow the instructions.
It is also important to note that due to the office closures we have extremely limited access to both DX and post.
Therefore, for existing or new clients should you need to send anything to us please email us email@example.com. If email is not possible, please get in touch with us and we will provide you with a postal address.
Service of court proceedings or documents
Whilst we do not usually accept service of court documents by email or fax, as our offices remain closed, we are content, to accept service by email until 20th July 2020.
That is, however, on condition that documents which are being formally served are sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the client, our reference and the term “SERVICE” clearly shown in the subject line of that email. Please note that strict compliance with these terms is a limitation on our agreement to accept service by email for the purposes of paragraph 4.2 PD 6A CPR or any other applicable similar provisions. Unless notified otherwise, after 7th May 2020 we shall not accept service of documents electronically
